How do I cancel my plan?
In the app, open Settings → Plan & billing and choose Cancel subscription. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then your account moves to Free.
Where do I update my card or find my invoices?
Open Settings → Plan & billing. Under Payment and invoices you can update your payment method and download every invoice.
A payment looks wrong. What should I do?
Email [email protected] from the address you sign in with, and include the date and the amount. We’ll look into it.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Profile and choose Delete account. Your videos, clips and exports are deleted for good, and your plan is cancelled.
My video won’t import, or a run failed. What now?
Open it on your dashboard: the card says what went wrong and what to do next. Private, members-only and live videos can’t be imported, so download the file and upload it instead. Still stuck? and paste the link.
